I'm not sure how I feel about presenting a Pirate Theme to preschoolers. On one hand, the popular culture is full of pirate fantasy, kids love them, and it is important to give children the opportunity to be "scared" in a controlled situation. (Dinosaur themes are similar). However, I can't get past the fact that pirates are, and always have been, thieving immoral criminals. So, enjoy the Treasure Hunting, without the pirates.
