What is included in the Membership Library?
Do you offer a trial period?
No, it's not necessary, because most of the activity pages and full packs in the password protected part of the site (the Member Library) are shown (but not able to be clicked) on the theme pages of the main public site www.kidsparkz.com More items are added often.
Why do you use a theme based page organization?
It's the first thing on the home page - the site and the member area are built for ease of use and saving time for teachers, parents and daycares. The majority of preschool programs globally use a theme-based curriculum format. Go to the theme index, grab and go, print and use. Time is short.
What about play-based and emergent interest programs?
Most of the activities and centers in the site are hands-on and can be used in different ways with differing developmental levels. The teacher knows her student and differentiates accordingly. There are some pencil (crayon) and paper printables for those who are ready. KidSparkz is perfect to go to when an interest emerges in a group or a student. Go straight to the theme and choose what you need.
What does the Member account dashboard look like?
- All the items that are labeled for "members only" on the theme pages in the main site. They are not clickable on the main KidSparkz site but can all be downloaded in the Member Library after you become a member.
- All the free items on the theme pages in the main site.
- The Member Library is a separate section of the KidSparkz site. Member materials can only be downloaded in the Member Library, not on the main site.

What does the Member account dashboard look like?

After you become a member and join a plan, you can click on any login link in the site and log in to the Member Library. All the login links in your device will now say "Your Account". This is what your account dashboard will look like. You can use the links on it to go to the Member Library, view your plan information, update your credit card, view charge history, edit your profile, change your email and password. You can log out of the Member Library if you want, but you don't have to. You can stay logged in for a year before you ever have to log out and back in again.

Will the downloads work with my device?
If you can download and print any of the free activities, then the items in the member area will work too.
What if I have a problem downloading or printing?
Usually that problem can be solved by emptying your browser's cache or using a different browser. Emptying the browser's cache and deleting cookies is the number one thing to do if you are having trouble downloading an activity. Also, make sure you have the latest Adobe Reader. Email me 24/7 for help.

- There are no refunds for membership payment or digital downloaded materials. KidSparkz in its sole discretion may make certain exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
- As a buyer, it is your responsibility to determine that you have the appropriate hardware/software to make use of digital files, and that the file format (PDF format) is appropriate for your needs. If unsure, email me.
- When you purchase a KidSparkz membership, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. KidSparkz.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel memberships at their sole discretion. You may cancel your membership at any time. No refunds are given if a membership is canceled.
