The theme focus for this Doctors activity packet is presenting activities and printables to teach about some medical professionals, the tools that they use, and how they help us to be healthy.
This pack is developmentally appropriate for preschool and pre-K children, and would be especially helpful as part of an All About Me or a Community Helpers curriculum.

Besides the activities, songs, stories and games listed for the day, this pack includes these centers and printables:
• Doctor theme wall posters (2).
• Story starter – Has this happened to you? Discuss and draw - boy with Band-Aid.
• Doctor stick puppets, in color and b/w
• Pre-writing tracing activity – trace the lines connecting the children with the doctors.
• First aid kit cut and paste collage
• Medical theme numbers clip-it cards (1-10). Print on cardstock, cut out. Clip a clothes pin on the number that corresponds with the number in the set.
• 6 piece puzzles (2) – print 2 copies, cut up on and match to the other.
• Children make a book “My Book About Visiting the Doctor”. Use the pages that work for your group. This may take several days to complete the pages, and staple them together.
