Matching number formats 0-12 (center) - numeral ~ word ~ 10 frame ~tally marks ~ dice ~ fingers ~ sets of chocolates.

Directions:
• Prepare the mats 0-12. Print on cardstock and laminate if desired.
• Cards – print on cardstock, laminate if desired, cut out.
• Choose the numbers you want to review – begin with one or two mats and card sets, add more as the children understand how to complete the center.
• Children place the number format cards on the appropriate mat.
• If you prefer, you can glue the sets of chocolates on the mats, so early learners can have a set of objects to count and compare the other formats to.
• Counters can be placed on top of each chocolate to encourage one-to-one set matching.
• BONUS follow-up activity: Cut and paste booklet (b/w) – child pastes or draws the correct set of chocolates in each heart chocolate box. It is not necessary to use all the pages.
