This is a large set of center and printable activities to make to complement your Groundhog Day unit. Celebrating Groundhog Day is such a fun and motivating way to slide the number and literacy learning into the curriculum. The little critters in this pack are SO cute!
Activities are designed to be most appropriate for a 4 and 5 year old developmental level, plus preschool, Kindergarten, early intervention and SPED students.

• Numbers and tally marks cards 0-15. Match the numbers and tally marks. Also use the separate sets for sequencing, recognition etc.
• Printables - numbers and tally marks 0-15
• Center – fill the 10-frames with the appropriate number of groundhog tiles. 1-10
• Printable - Color or stamp the correct number of spaces in the 10-frames.
• Order by size groundhogs -
• Center –match the shapes. Match each groundhog shape with the correct top hat guy.
• Math mats – print as many of the grass mats as you need- write a number in each of the white boxes. Count sets of groundhogs onto the mats
• Cut and paste numbers Little Book – match numbers to sets of groundhogs 0-10.
