The log-in boxes are quite sensitive.  If you are having trouble reaching the Resource Room, first of all make sure you are copying and pasting your user name AND password into the boxes.  Do NOT type.  Also, when you use your mouse cursor to copy, make sure the blue (or black) background does not extend beyond the actual letters in the words.
