Addition Math Mats
This is a set of activity pages/math mats that demonstrate and teach the concept of addition. Each themed math mat activity consists of 2 pages - one page is a background to place the sets, and the other page consists of counting pieces to cut out and count onto the background. This activity is accessible to, and appropriate for, various developmental levels, from approximately 3 years old to First Grade. Begin with simple counting of small sets onto the themed backgrounds, and progress to creating and labeling combinations of 10.
