If you are writing with a question about a product that you have purchased or downloaded, please include your order number and the approximate date of your purchase. If you are writing with a question about a Resource Room subscription, include your user name and password. If this information is not included in your email, it will take longer for you to receive an answer.

If you have saved the link to a free printable page in your computer in the past, and are now finding that the link no longer works, you will need to find the page on the site again and change the link. An updated linking system was introduced in 2013. This does NOT apply to curriculum files that you have purchased.
I have purchased an instantly downloadable product. How do I download it?
You should receive the address to download your purchased file(s) immediately and automatically after you have paid for it. The address will be on your receipt page. ( NOTE: If you pay using Paypal, the download link can be found halfway down on your Confirmation Page. It is a lttle hard to find). Either copy and paste it into the address bar on your browser, or simply click on it. Almost all products from KidSparkz are in Adobe PDF format, and you will need the LATEST VERSION of the free Adobe Reader on your computer to open your file (s).
Where can I find the free Adobe Reader?

Will KidSparkz files work on a MAC computer?
Most of the downloads on KidSparkz are in Adobe PDF format, and can be viewed and used on both PCs and MACs. There are a couple of files in MSWord format, which can only be viewed on PCs, and they are clearly marked as such.

If you do not receive the download address/link, email me as soon as possible, using the form on the About Us page, or the email link at the bottom of every page. Include your order number, and I will send your link(s) to you manually, by return email. If you do not receive a reply from me within 24 hours, then I have not received your email, and you will need to resend your request.
The file I just purchased won't download, or won't open.

2) Empty your internet cache, and restart your computer. The files are large and require a lot of temporary RAM when downloading.
When I try to open my file, I get a message that says "The file is damaged and cannot be repaired"

When my file opens, it looks like gibberish, or like Greek writing. Why?

I can't get my file. It says I need a user name and password.
If you get this message, you have missed your download link. It was on your Confirmation Page. You will need to email me with your order number to have the link resent to you. Use the email form on the About Us page, or the email link at the bottom of every page.
You do NOT need a user name and password to open any of the purchased downloadable files. You just need the link. Keep the link in your computer to access the file at any time. It does not expire. The only time you will need a user name and password is to log in to the Resource Room subscription area. Become a member of the Resource Room here .
I need to contact you. What is your email address?
Please write to me using the form on the About Us page, or the email link at the bottom of every page. After you have purchased a downloadable product, my personal email address can be found on the same page as your product address.
I would like to post some KidSparkz FREE activity files on my website, blog, Yahoo group, daycare board etc. Can I do that?
In a few words - yes, but with a restriction. If you want to share one or two of the free files, go ahead, as long as you write that they are from www.kidsparkz.com If you want to post more than that, please email me using the form on the About Us page, and explain what you would like to do. Although the pages are free for teachers and parents to use, they are still under copyright protection.
I would like to post a KidSparkz file that I have PURCHASED from you on the web for other people to share. Can I do that?
In a word, no. That is not allowed, under the Copyright rules. Sorry.
I would like to share a file that I have purchased from you with my co-teacher, or my colleagues, or my parents' group etc. Can I do that?
It is fine to share a product file with your co-teacher working with the same group of children. Beyond that, probably not. If you are not sure, please email me to ask. I have made exceptions in the past for teachers/parents that have taken the time to write and ask permission.
How do I search/find something on this site?
There are several ways. The quickest way is to enter your search words in the Google Search Site box on almost every page. Also, you can click on the links in the Topic Grids on the Home Page. There is a Site Map at the bottom of every page. If all else fails, email me and I will direct you.
Why are some of the themes in the Theme Grid not highlighted?
If the theme name is not clickable, then I haven't created any material for that theme yet. Coming soon!

What is your return policy?
My return policy is very simple. If you have a problem of any kind concerning this site, or the products purchased form this site, then I will do everything in my power to make it right for you. Email me, and we will work it out.
Although we do not give refunds for downloadable material, we would be happy to replace any product that does not meet your needs with a comparable product, within 45 days after purchase. Also, if you purchase a CD and it is damaged in transit, we will replace the CD within 45 days of purchase. If you have any questions about the refund policy, please email.
NOTE: Please keep a copy of your links, and/or your CD in a safe, accessible place, since duplicate copies of your purchase will be sent only within 45 days of your purchase date.
